Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Customer Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer support within IT/Software and/or SaaS companies.

About This Role

  • Develop and deliver product training programs for customers.
  • Ensure clients are well-equipped to use our products effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer support within IT/Software and/or SaaS companies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • A car for business requirements such as site visits and training.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently across teams and multiple initiatives.
