As an equipment maintenance professional, you will provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be at the core of KONE, ensuring quality service and improving equipment safety and performance through regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and third-party equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Attend service calls and complete planned and unplanned repairs to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
  2. Adhere to KONE policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards, to maintain high levels of service excellence.
  3. Take immediate action on site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure to mitigate risks.
  4. Communicate new technical issues found on equipment that could cause callouts or safety hazards to the relevant stakeholders.
  5. Solve complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by maintenance technicians using correct breakdown analysis procedures.
  6. Ensure end-user and site safety by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  7. Provide precise and timely reporting of work done to facilitate efficient operations.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience within the elevators & escalators industry.
  2. Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  3. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
