We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Coffee Specialist to join our team at Nestlé Nespresso SA. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in our boutique.

• Sales and Service: Achieve personal and common sales and service level targets by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring a clean and well-organized boutique.
• Inventory Management: Contribute to the management of inventories, stocks, and cash, and participate in regular team briefings and meetings.
• Customer Engagement: Advise clients on Nespresso products and services, inscribe new customers, and initiate them to the art of coffee tasting.
• Database Management: Actively manage the database on a daily basis and update customer records.

• 1 year of prior experience in hotel, catering, sales, or retail.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Punctuality and discipline.
• Strong team player with a proactive and responsive attitude.
