The Market & Consumer Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategy by providing actionable insights into market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by leveraging primary and secondary research, analytics, and advanced tools to ensure sustainable growth and innovation.

This position requires strong technical and analytical skills with a commercially focused mentality. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global or multinational companies/research agencies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and overseeing research projects, including qualitative/quantitative research questionnaires, analyses frameworks, discussion guides, and moderator guidelines.
  • Creating reports and presentations that summarize findings in a digestible, graphical, and actionable manner.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders through impactful storytelling and visualization.
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources to identify market trends and consumer demographics.
  • Working cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Finance) to support business with appropriate data and recommend relevant primary & secondary research/s to answer business queries and drive company growth.
Required Skills

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Strong work ethics, integrity, and honesty.
  • Degree in Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimal experience: 5-6 years in FMCG marketing research field, preferably in KSA.
  • Experience working with global or multinational FMCG companies/research agencies.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Retail Audit, Household Panel, and Brand Equity (extracting and analyzing data, definition/interpretation of various KPI's).
  • Credible and confident in dealing with other departments/teams.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities with English as a minimum and Arabic as preferred.
