We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will provide support to line managers across the Kingdom in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and talent management.

  1. Provide a range of HR services to support the end-to-end employee experience in all departments.
  2. Support, develop, and coach managers through employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
  3. Case manage employee relations issues through to conclusion.
  4. Develop HR planning strategies with line managers to consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  5. Provide advice to managers on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
  6. Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to implement company-wide HR initiatives.
  7. Support regular HR project work.
  8. Supervise and oversee all matters related to employment records and related documents.
  9. Coordinate the orientation of new employees and probationary reviews.
  10. Collaborate with local finance teams in managing monthly payroll reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant college or university qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  2. HR professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are highly preferable.
  3. HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, and ever-changing environment.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of employment law.
  5. Significant experience in employee relations, organizational change, and case management.
  6. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
  7. You must be a Saudi national to be considered.
