- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- At least one year of experience in telesales or a similar sales-related role.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
