Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess current and future transportation needs, considering factors such as population growth, visitor forecasts, and transportation infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design and implement effective transportation and mobility solutions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of transportation services and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in transportation and mobility.
  • Lead a team of professionals involved in transportation planning, operations, and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of relevant experience 9 -12 years.
  • Proven experience in transportation planning and mobility management, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Experience of creating transport models from scratch preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation systems, traffic engineering, and urban design principles.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in transportation planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in managing and developing a team.
