Production Director

CARE seeks a highly experienced Factory Leader to oversee and coordinate the production process, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality products.

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans and schedules, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring seamless workflows.
• Lead a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and leadership to achieve production goals while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols, conduct regular inspections, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from established quality benchmarks.
• Maintain equipment in optimal condition, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with suppliers to procure essential materials and components, ensuring uninterrupted production activities.

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing planning, follow-up, and production in large glass factories.
