Job Description

Synopsis:

The Landscaping Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive landscaping design guidelines and practices to enhance constructability and cost-efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of landscaping principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement landscaping design guidelines and best practices.
  • Enhance constructability and cost-efficiency through standardized processes.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in landscaping design and implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Value Engineering: Identify and optimize value engineering ideas to minimize costs and maximize return on investment.
  • Design and Specification: Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping design specifications.
  • Engineering Planning and Review: Collaborate with project teams to review and implement landscaping design plans.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in Landscaping Design.
