About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Six Flags Qiddiya City team as a Senior Officer I. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, promoting efficient warehouse operations, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee Daily Warehouse Activities: Ensure seamless warehouse operations by overseeing receiving, data entry, inventory monitoring, and reporting.
  2. Collaborate with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to track inventory irregularities, discrepancies, and potential issues.
  3. Maintain Accurate Data: Complete detailed data entry for all ordered quantities and suppliers in the dashboard report, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date records.
  4. Rigorous Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory status, reporting any irregularities or potential issues to ensure inventory accuracy.
  5. Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Prepare daily reports on returns from other warehouses/outlets, inbound, preparation, and dispatch activities at the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software.
    • Independent in managing workloads.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
