To achieve this vision, we're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team at Yas Mall. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of luxury retail and drive commercial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job DescriptionThe Store Manager will be responsible for maximizing store commercial performance, driving eNPS and cNPS through people and customer experience strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive In-Store CX Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the store.
- Plan Succession of Team Members: Identify and develop talent within the team, ensuring a smooth succession plan in place.
- Nurture Talent within Team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Drive eNPS through People Experience Initiatives and Culture: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure adherence to VM, Retail Store SOPs, sales team schedules, and commissions.
- Offer Store Support: Provide assistance with concessions, real-time support as per business needs.
- Act as Key Point of Contact with Back-Office Operations: Communicate effectively with back-office teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure Click and Collect are Conducted within SLAs: Meet service level agreements for click and collect services.
- Ensure Customer Data is Properly Captured: Ensure sales team captures customer data accurately, adhering to marketing team requirements.
- Promote Loyalty Program (MUSE): Promote the loyalty program and ensure floor team knowledge about app offerings.
- Ensure Store Team is Working Towards Same Goal: Align the team towards shared objectives and goals.
- Promote Omnichannel Sales: Drive sales across multiple channels, including online and in-store.
- Increase Store Revenue Target vs Actual: Meet or exceed revenue targets for the store.
- Increase Sell-Through at Full Price: Enhance full-price sales by implementing effective strategies.
- Provide Input on What's Working Well, What's Not Working Well and Feedback: Share insights and feedback to continuously improve processes and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- University Degree in Business Administration or Management
- 6-8 Years in Retail Shops Management Preferably in Luxury Technology
