The objective of this role is to drive customer success through their cloud journey by providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors to our customers, you will provide guidance on industry trends to help them move legacy workloads from iSeries or Mainframe to the cloud using different AWS approaches such as Re-Platforming, Re-Factoring or Re-Architecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining strategies working with stakeholders gathering requirements to meet customers' modernization objectives identifying the best approach for their modernization.
- Assessing and modernizing legacy applications to use cloud.
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions.
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
