Your new role, what's involved?

  1. Build strong relationships with key clients in Saudi Arabia and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Lead business development in the bridges and tunnels market in KSA and support wider business development activities.
  3. Provide technical leadership to the design team and ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
  4. Lead the design management and technical delivery of complex bridge and tunnel infrastructure projects.
  5. Oversee project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and quality control across multiple projects.
  6. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
  7. Represent the company in industry forums and client meetings.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Chartered Engineer status (e.g., CEng, PE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the design of bridges and/or tunnels, including 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in KSA.
  • Proven track record of business development, work winning and building strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of working within international engineering consultancies on large-scale infrastructure design projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant design software (e.g., Midas, RM Bridge, SOFiSTiK, LUSAS, PLAXIS, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of local Saudi regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
