We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scholarship Programs Leadership Expert to lead the planning and implementation of our development and administration of scholarship programs.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarship programs.
- Lead the development of detailed and structured plans for missions and ensure timely provision of advice, explanation, and interpretation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day scholarship activities, including monitoring calls for applications, responding to enquiries, and conducting preliminary screening processes.
- Supervise the identification and selection of students and activities under the scholarship programs.
- You have a Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in scholarship programs management or education-related institutions.
- You have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, business acumen, and strategic planning skills.
- Participate in the development of annual work plans and budgets related to scholarship programs.
- Develop and enhance application forms and screening criteria and supervise the processing of student selections on the online scholarship platform.
- Ensure staff comply with scholarship program policies and procedures and take necessary corrective action.
- Manage periodic evaluation of scholarship programs to ensure their effectiveness.
