Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development
- Design and implement training programs that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar that ensures all employees receive regular training and development opportunities.
- Deliver training sessions to employees on various topics, including new product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on training metrics, such as participant feedback and knowledge retention.
- Identify training needs and develop plans to address them.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
- Communicate training schedules, programs, and results to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
