Café Expert

We are seeking an experienced Café Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive café atmosphere.

• Craft a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and drip coffee, to meet customer expectations.
• Welcome customers warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain coffee brewing equipment in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Keep the café area clean, organized, and well-stocked to provide a comfortable environment.
• Educate customers about coffee products, brewing methods, and menu items to foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours, promoting a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management to maintain efficient operations.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to protect customer health.

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment, remaining composed under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, allowing for expert drink preparation.
• Exceptional customer service skills, combined with a friendly and professional demeanor, to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering a culture of cooperation.
• Excellent attention to detail in drink preparation and café cleanliness, maintaining high standards.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management, ensuring accuracy.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, accommodating varying shifts.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, catering to diverse customer needs.
• Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for creating exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, enhancing cultural understanding.
