Project Management

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our logistics projects and ensure their successful execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers, and have a strong understanding of project planning and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with customers to understand their demands and plan logistics projects accordingly
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with project staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and government requirements

Team Management

The Project Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of project staff, including project managers, coordinators, and drivers
  • Providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Management Reporting

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Requirements
