About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SP3D Designer to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As an SP3D Designer, you will be responsible for providing Instrumentation Design services to our clients, including technical support and supervision within the Instrumentation engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Instrumentation Design plans, layouts, and designs with supporting calculations for specifications.
  • Collaborate with drafting and estimating staff to provide information for the production of detailed drawings, development of tools, quantities, materials lists, and cost estimates.
  • Verify plans, designs, materials purchased, and equipment for conformity with specifications.
  • Support the preparation of technical details for sales inquiries, quotations, contract documentation, technical literature, and analysis of failures following customer complaints.
  • Liaise with research and development engineers, construction and production engineers, suppliers, clients, consultants, and commissioning engineers regarding design, installation, construction, and commissioning of assigned work.
  • Participate in project planning as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma (preferable Degree) in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience working with instrumentation & control systems such as SP3D and SPI.
  • Proficient in developing Instrument wiring and loop drawings, Instrument hook up details, and detailed MTO.
  • Strong technical background with working knowledge of Saudi Aramco and International codes and standards.
