About the Role
  • Instruct classes and one-to-one consultations to equip patients with essential knowledge on basic, intermediate, advanced, and gestational diabetes management.
  • Educate patients on dietary management, including carbohydrate counting, label reading, meal planning, and nutrition information related to dietary fats.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and behavior modification theory to foster behavior change and self-management skills in patients.
  • Provide patient nutrition counseling on topics such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, weight management, and GI disorders.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen existing networks through active collaboration and participate in committees, task forces, and teams as requested.
