About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host - All Day Dining to join our team at Accor. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service: To consistently offer professional, friendly and warm service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Teamwork: To promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all colleagues in Swissotel Makkah.
  3. Knowledge: To have full knowledge of the menu, beverage lists, and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel.
  4. Problem-Solving: To take corrective action if service errors occur, ensuring all solutions exceed the guests' expectations.
  5. Communication: To attend pre-meal briefings, weekly and monthly meetings to continually improve the guests' experience.
  6. Food and Beverage Safety: To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  7. Additional Duties: To carry out any miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as requested by your manager pertaining to total quality service delivered in the restaurant.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  2. Basic Upselling Skills: Basic knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to provide a high level of service to guests.
  4. Language Proficiency: Ability to speak Arabic and English fluently.
