Development and Administration Expert

Job Overview:
The Scholarship Programs Leadership Specialist is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of the development and administration of our scholarship programs. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Accountabilities:Programs' Operational Guidelines and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement operational guidelines for the scholarship programs.
- Participate in the development of annual work plans and budgets related to the scholarship programs.
Mission Planning and Execution:
- Lead the development of detailed and structured plans for missions.
- Supervise the processing of selection of students on the online platform.
Continuous Improvement:
- Put in place mechanisms to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the scholarship programs.
- Propose measures to make continuous improvements.
