As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an experienced Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to join our Middle East operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from internal process improvements to supporting project delivery.

The successful candidate will be involved in creating designs for various projects related to wet utilities, working within a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers to provide professional design services to clients/Lead Project Offices (LPOs). Key responsibilities include designing and developing wet utilities systems, conducting pump system engineering calculations and hydraulic modeling analysis, preparing technical reports, and applying AtkinsRéalis QSE standards and BMS.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from a reputable institution
  2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Water & Wastewater Industry
  3. Proven experience in wet utilities design - stormwater, wastewater, potable water, and TSE for the UK, Middle East, and other regions
  4. Proficient in software like Microdrainage, CivilStorm, Sewergems/Watergems, etc.
  5. Working knowledge of BIM platforms like Civil3D, Microstation, Open Roads/Inroads/MX Road, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  6. Experience with international standards and Middle East standards
  7. Experience in leading and delivering major infrastructure projects at master plan, concept, and detailed design stages
  8. Engineering consultancy experience is preferred
