The Role

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to perform all people operations tasks while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This role involves full HR operations cycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring up-to-date documentation and systems compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks related to HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee management.
  • Provide support to the business in all HR operations tasks, meeting deadlines and ensuring high employee satisfaction levels.
  • Manage government relations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate medical insurance transactions with the broker.
  • Participate in monthly payroll processes and relevant reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain accurate operational data and digital records of employees.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field; certificates are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
