We're looking for a skilled CX Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by analyzing and optimizing every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current customer experiences across all channels and touchpoints to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop comprehensive CX strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
  4. Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to track the effectiveness of CX initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
