**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller – Regional Headquarters to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local GAAP, laws, and regulations, and working closely with the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams in the United States and with our offices located in the Middle East and African regions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Ownership of the month and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements and compliance with local GAAP, laws, and regulations.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting, and monthly allocations.
  • Support local treasury and tax activities to ensure adherence to local compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team on a regular basis to communicate events and transactions that may impact results and forecasts including short-range outlooks, annual, and long-range plan development processes.
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficient with regular accounting practices and the ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
