Job Responsibilities:- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
