**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Officer to lead our IT strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital transformation, managing complex IT projects, and overseeing enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and national digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring compatibility with e-government platforms.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, big data, and IoT to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular reports on IT performance, risks, and strategic progress.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (mandatory).
  • A master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Advanced certifications such as ITIL or PMP are highly desirable.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the government sector or large-scale organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-level systems.
