The Role
We're looking for a skilled Telesales Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to achieve sales targets, cross-selling and up-selling our products where possible, and liaising with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make telephone calls to customers to promote Bayut's offerings;
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities;
- Identify and capitalize on customer needs to drive revenue growth;
- Accurately record and process customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system;
- Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary;
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs;
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field;
- (1-2) years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities;
- Cool-tempered and able to handle objections effectively.
