About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Transportation Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, calibrating, and validating travel demand models in VISUM
  • Utilizing GIS for spatial data analysis and visualization
  • Analyzing and summarizing data in Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports
  • Interpreting transportation data to support planning and decision-making processes
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with travel demand models, particularly VISUM
  • Strong knowledge of GIS, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
