We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team for onshore oil and gas projects in the region. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mechanical site engineering, including experience on Aramco projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage mechanical construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco regulations, industry standards, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and installations.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, HSE, and quality control departments.
- Assist in commissioning and handover activities as per Aramco guidelines.
Key Qualifications :
- Aramco Approved Mechanical Site Engineer with valid certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical site engineering, including experience on Aramco projects.
- Strong background in onshore oil and gas projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Aramco mechanical engineering standards and construction practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, piping and mechanical layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site activities.
- Immediate availability is required.
