Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the BIM system across design and engineering disciplines during pre- and post-construction phases.
You will work closely with teams to gather and manage necessary components, ensuring alignment of information requirements and effective execution of works.
The goal is to deliver projects efficiently while meeting The Red Sea Development Company's objectives and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supply chain in delivering high-quality information, models, and data to TRSDC.
- Analyze and manage factors influencing BIM development and analysis, guaranteeing timely supply chain delivery.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to develop Employer's Information Requirements for each asset, aligning proposed BIM Execution Plans with TRSDC standards.
- Establish and enforce open BIM standards and international guidelines, such as IFC and buildingSMART.
- Support the development of BIM protocols and legal frameworks to drive contract creation.
- Develop BIM models for facility operations by integrating construction data and ensuring seamless access to required information for maintenance.
- Implement and oversee the Common Data Environment, adhering to international standards via Autodesk BIM360 and Aconex.
- Merge other data sources, like GIS and PMIS, with BIM data to facilitate Facilities Management, Asset Management, and Smart Destination functionalities.
