As a Technical Field Associate, you will perform regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot issues, and attend call-outs. Your expertise will be essential in identifying site risks, communicating with supervisors, and escalating high-priority concerns. You will also be responsible for accurate reporting, timely updates, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
  • Ensure accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed.
  • Accountable for equipment safety and performance.
  • Identify and communicate site risks to supervisors.
  • Elevate unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs.

Service Operations:

  • Responsible for end-users' and site safety.
  • Safe working practices and adherence to maintenance and safety instructions.
  • Execution of service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs) within schedule and time limits.
  • Raise sales leads to supervisors.
  • Timely back reporting of work done according to process.
  • Submit timesheets based on execution.
  • Maintain service tooling, van, instruments, etc., in good condition.
  • Regular updates to supervisors on relevant information.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Candidates with basic IT skills preferred.
  • Digital foundation skills desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company required.
  • Valid GCC driving license an added advantage.
