We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Kentz, a global engineering specialist solutions provider. As a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers in the design and development of building structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions for building structures, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of civil and structural engineers and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions.
  • Prepare and review design calculations, cost estimates, and technical reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design solutions and processes.
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering design of building structures.
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working on projects in the Middle East is an advantage, but not essential.
