Job Description:You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes building strong relationships with key decision-makers across major accounts, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the National Key Accounts Manager to create and refine a sales strategy that considers market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
- Account Management: Nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, manage contract negotiations, and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Regularly monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity in the region to inform sales strategy and forecast sales.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the key account channel and monitoring sales metrics.
- Execution Excellence: Manage the execution of sales and marketing activities with assigned customers, including planogram implementation and leading the daily operation of the sales field team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and brand positioning.
- Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the field team, set goals, lead team meetings, and provide support and guidance to team members.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the National Sales Manager and communicate with the team about sales goals and important updates.
