About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, who will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted content strategies, lead generation initiatives, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to marketing and sales. They should have experience in sales or marketing and be proficient in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement impactful content strategies to engage our target audience and drive brand visibility.
  2. Design and execute compelling Arabic marketing campaigns to elevate brand presence and foster customer interactions.
  3. Create innovative visual and written marketing content, including graphics, posts, and ad copy, that captivates our audience.
  4. Conduct thorough lead qualification and generation to identify potential clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
  5. Use multiple channels to connect with potential leads, leveraging our company's scripts and tracking responses for follow-up.
  6. Analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  7. Prepare comprehensive marketing reports to track KPIs and provide insights to the Commercial Manager.
  8. Support the sales team in developing high-quality sales materials, such as presentations and product overviews.
  9. Help manage and organize leads on HubSpot, ensuring alignment with client acquisition strategies.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to conduct outreach efforts.
  11. Contribute to crafting email sequences and messaging for potential clients.
  12. Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing approaches.
