Responsibilities
  • Tactical communication with carriers, vendors, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Data analysis and identification of trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Development of key performance metrics to measure business results and drive decision-making.
  • Leadership of initiatives to re-engineer business processes, eliminate root causes of defects, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Problem escalation and resolution.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs, designing, implementing, and optimizing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data mining, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • MBA.
  • Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma: Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments.
