Job Description:

This role involves developing and managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B clients, leveraging a combination of digital channels, content strategies, and marketing automation tools. As a Lead Generation Manager, you will create and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert prospects, ensuring they progress through the funnel efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using email marketing, digital ads, social media, and content marketing.
    • Design A/B tests for subject lines, visuals, calls-to-action, and workflows to improve performance metrics.
  • Content Creation & Optimization:
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop resources such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and landing pages.
    • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and tailored for target audiences.
  • Lead Nurturing & Automation:
    • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows using platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
    • Segment and personalize email campaigns to drive conversions at various stages of the buyer's journey.
    • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage and move leads further down the funnel.
  • Performance Analysis:
