**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Director - Innovation and Transformation to join our team at Maximus Gulf Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our digital transformation initiatives and driving business growth through innovative digital solutions.

About You

We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects. Your expertise in strategic planning, roadmap development, and setting KPIs will help us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a solid digital transformation plan, including initiatives, programs, and services that focus on business transformation and improvement.
• Articulate a clear strategy for digital transformation across our Group Business Units (BUs).
• Explore and assess new digital technologies and solutions to drive Group benefits and consideration.
• Manage the development and regular updates of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate the establishment of an effective IT Assurance Framework (Compliance, maturity assessments, security, etc.).
• Ensure effective execution through delivery governance and controls.
• Manage project governance, controls, and reporting.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT, to drive innovation and streamline processes across our existing digital landscape.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the value creation of our digital transformation roadmap, related new solutions, and measure the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions/services, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
