Broad Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize headcount requirements based on workload, network costs, scale, flexibility, and business continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal partners to drive strategic direction and achieve business results.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
