About Us

Lendo is a FinTech company based in Saudi Arabia. We aim to transform the financial landscape with our innovative digital lending platform.

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager who can lead the implementation of secure software development practices across the organization.

This role requires identifying and mitigating risks within the development process, collaborating with teams to integrate security controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement DevSecOps practices to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.
  2. Design and automate security testing, monitoring, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.
  3. Collaborate with developers to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities early in the development process.
  4. Establish and promote a culture of secure coding practices and provide training to development teams.
  5. Oversee and respond to security incidents in cloud and on-premise environments.
  6. Manage & operate GitLab security, cloud security, East-West security, IAM in cloud, SDLC architecture, and risk assessments in sprints.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity. Master's degree preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Desirable Certifications:

  1. Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or equivalent.
  2. AWS Certified Security Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
