About the Role

Arabnews is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Business Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing statutory and regulatory business compliance services in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company behavior and conduct policies, and identify additional business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Team Management: Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with Business Unit employees, lead team and project meetings, and manage and develop team members according to identified business and personal development needs.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, conduct regular contract review meetings, and oversee client contracts and handle client debt reduction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly operational reports for the company's board, and submit the bi-annual self-assessment report.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure ongoing compliance with employee mobilization and immigration, and renew necessary licenses and registrations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, project management, and leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, particularly in risk management, process mapping, document control, and action plan reviewing. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
