The Distribution Centre Manager Assistant will support the Distribution Manager on all Supply Chain Execution activities related to Regional Distribution Centre operations.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Distribution Manager in managing cross-functional activities/projects and assignments together with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time imports and exports of shipments.
- Develop and implement efficient warehousing operations including inbound, inventory management, outbound reverse logistics, and other administrative activities.
- Work closely with other Hilti functions such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure better service to our customers.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Logistics.
- Strong Microsoft and PC skills, with proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mentality required.
