Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and admitting patients through various channels.
- Executing daily patient assessment, planning, and management under the guidance of an attending physician.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team rounds and quality and safety activities.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Board certification and significant experience in ENT.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
