As a Relationship Management Lead at NEOM, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our investors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of investors, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout their investor journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of investors, providing proactive support and guidance throughout the onboarding, construction, and operation phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Investor Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare operational reports and escalate any risks, delays, or issues to senior management.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the evaluation of Investor Services performance against stated objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of relevant experience in investor services, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian business environment and experience working in a multicultural setting.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with an MBA or other relevant master's degree preferred.
