About the Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to be a self-motivated individual with strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
A bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field, and 1–2 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, particularly in a clinical or operating room setting, are essential.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a good command of English, and have experience in neuro, spine, ENT, power tools, or ultrasonic devices.
The role involves tracking industry trends, competitors, product developments, and legal regulations, providing regular updates to the manager, and executing sales-related activities in line with regional sales targets and company objectives.
- Plan and implement customer/partner visits, demos, and follow-ups according to sales targets and customer needs.
- Evaluate customer/partner requests for proposals and prepare a comprehensive list of materials based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the tender department to ensure smooth project procurement and completion.
