Job Description

The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for leading our high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the structural engineering team, overseeing the design process to ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, delivering projects on time and within budget.
  3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, resolving any on-site issues related to structural elements.
  4. Ensure safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to during construction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.Eng., PE, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural design, materials, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Proven experience in managing complex high-rise or large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
