Job Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure seamless communication across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges to provide customized solutions.
  2. Identify Growth Opportunities: Leverage in-depth knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities for expanding our offerings to clients.
  3. Effective Communication: Foster open communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality services.
  4. Account Management: Maintain accurate records, track client interactions, and address any issues or concerns to protect our reputation.
  5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Required Attributes:
  • Background: 0-2 years of experience in account management or a similar field.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Necessary Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ohter Requirements: Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
