Job Description:

Our organization is looking for an experienced Oracle CCB consultant who can drive the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) in the Power, Water, and Gas domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCB implementations, a strong techno-functional background, and at least 3-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand requirements documents and facilitate discussions with clients to clarify their needs.
  2. Create high-quality External Design Documents and conceptual solutions in CCB, closely aligned with client requirements.
  3. Convert detailed design specifications into working programs, maintain existing software enhancements, and customer interfaces.
  4. Develop effective custom programs, modify software enhancements and interfaces, debug issues, and provide timely solutions.
  5. Write unit test cases, execute unit test scripts, document expected and actual results within allotted time frames.
  6. Follow version control and coding standards.
  7. Identify and articulate program design and performance risks, providing recommendations for improved system performance.
  8. Revising existing custom solutions, providing release and maintenance documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in Oracle CCB.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) in the Power, Water, and Gas domains.
  • Strong techno-functional background.
  • Ability to understand requirements documents and facilitate discussions with clients.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing is highly desirable.
