About the Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization, including talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide expert advice on HR-related matters, ensuring that the organization has the necessary skills and talent to achieve its goals.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing data to inform HR decisions, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and communicating HR information to employees and managers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or other equivalent studies from a reputable university or college, and have multiple years of professional work experience in the HR Management domain with at least 3 years as HRBP.
