The role involves geotechnical design, site inspections, project deliverables preparation, and compliance with safety standards. Geotechnical engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and integrity of construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in soil investigations and analyzing geotechnical data to inform design decisions.
  2. Supervising staff and ensuring efficient operations in geotechnical projects.
  3. Conducting geotechnical investigations and designing foundations that meet regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborating with teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  5. Managing geotechnical studies and providing technical recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Analyzing soil data, coordinating testing, and preparing schedules for project completion.
  7. Conducting investigations for industrial development projects, including assessing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  8. Developing risk prevention plans and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  9. Managing laboratory activities and conducting materials testing to ensure quality control.
  10. Identifying sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  11. Providing technical support and conducting analysis to inform business decisions.
  12. Managing geotechnical investigations for aviation projects, including assessing wind resistance and other environmental factors.
  13. Overseeing tendering processes and analyzing proposals from contractors.
  14. Managing the design and construction of rail tunnel systems, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
  15. Conducting soil, concrete, and asphalt testing to ensure material quality and structural integrity.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience in geotechnical design and analysis.
  3. Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
